Daily Working Routines
Your daily working routines in TaskTimer will usually involve booking Tasks, Appointments, Contacts or Events as well as reserving time and resources and prioritising your tasks.

One very important aspect of your daily routine is processing email. TaskTimer's Inbox will allow you to create an Appointment or Task from an incoming email, thereby "actioning your email".

Working with Others
TaskTimer can be used for individual time planning but is optimised for use on a network by workgroups or entire organisations coordinating activities, meetings and tasks. The TaskTimer database provides a common reference point and means of communication with its Message List. In the TaskTimer Message List you can see if invited persons accept or reject your invitation, or if you have been invited to a meeting yourself.

Getting Others Involved
TaskTimer makes it easy to arrange meetings. You just book a time and place and include the persons you want to participate, then the appointment will show up in the calendars of the invited persons, and they will get a notification of the invitation. If there are any booking conflicts, TaskTimer will let you know immediately and give you the possibility to find a more suitable time or place.

What are the Others Doing Today?
TaskTimer allows you quickly to see your colleagues plans. By clicking the Daily View button and chose any person in the TaskTimer database you get to see this person's plans on a daily, weekly or monthly view. Using the People overview lets you see several person's plans at a time which is particularly good for planning and coordinating activities of a team.
